Implementing Sevanavakasa Niyamam(RTS) without Enough Staff-Huge threat to Panchayat Employees

All of us welcome Sevanavakasa Niyamam. But without enough staff, sevanavakasa niyamam will be a threat to employees especially panchayat employees.

Enough Campaign among employees should be conducted.

Even after huge set backs, employees are still under "divide and rule" condition by certain forces/sources. According to state general secretary of Kerala Panchayat Employees Federation, some leaders of service organisations refused to a joint agitation against the “note” on staff pattern file by finance dept. He said KPEF called for a meeting on this issues on last week of September 2012, but leaders from few organisations withdrawn their support in last minute.

Computerisation need for e-gov and good-gov. In the present situation it helps for better data management, but not reduce workload.
Finance dept qry on staff pattern report file, should be rejected.
